Metalcrafter's Stainless SYR Grille Insert

These gorgeous grills are made of polished stainless steel. Each grill is then chrome plated and ready to install. Every grill comes with all necessary parts and is very easy to put on. The directions will quickly guide you through the installation process and you’ll be on the road in one hour. Not only are these grills beautiful, they also protect your radiator from flying rocks and debris. We call it the “SYR” system for “Save Your Radiator ”. This is a piece of jewelry that every Jeep Wrangler needs. Made in America by the industry leaders, Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters.

- Fits all 07-08 Jeep Wrangler and Unlimited - Available in Chrome or Black. Both are stainless steel.

Made from 16 gauge 304 2B stainless steel. The mesh is 16gauge 304 2B stainless also. Each surround is welded by hand. The grills are individually stamped in a 12 ton presses to give the 7 openings the concave/radius form. They will never rust. They are then either dipped in chrome or black powder coated. Each surround is then fitted and tested before it leaves.

This grill is made from the finest material and extremely durable. The other grills you see will be made with a combination of plastics, aluminum and plain steel. The grills are made at Metalcrafters U.S.A and not imported from China or the like. Customers are telling us how the grills are saving their radiators and condensers while driving or off-roading. Metalcrafters uses the same techniques to build the grills that they have been using for the last 27 years to build Jeeps concept cars.
